Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@steelvora.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we'll work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Steelvora products are made to order. Because of this, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.
